Uma simples rotina para sortear numeros aleatorios, utilizando tmr0. O que ela faz é carregar o valor de tmr0 em uma variavel, e fazer a contagem ate este valor, ao mesmo tempo temos uma outra variavel que conta de 1 a 10, quando a contagem da variavel que esta com o valor de tmr0 chegar ao fim teremos um numero sorteado.
