Library description

Key functions

void proxfusion_systemSetting(uint8_t value) - Sets up system settings

uint8_t proxfusion_Touch() - Reads info about the touch

uint16_t proxfusion_getTemperature() - Reads current temperature

The application is composed of three sections :

  • System Initialization - Initializes I2C module and UART for info logging.
  • Application Initialization - Driver intialization and ProxFusion mode setup.
  • Application Task - (code snippet) - Writes information about the last detected touch.
void applicationTask()
{
    touch = proxfusion_Touch();
    if( touch == 1 )
        mikrobus_logWrite("Touch 1",_LOG_LINE);
    if( touch == 2 )
        mikrobus_logWrite("Touch 2",_LOG_LINE);
    if ( touch == 3 )
        mikrobus_logWrite("Touch antenna",_LOG_LINE);
    Delay_100ms();
}

Other MikroElektronika Libraries used in the example:

  • I2C
  • UART

Additional notes and information

Depending on the development board you are using, you may need USB UART click, USB UART 2 click or RS232 click to connect to your PC, for development systems with no UART to USB interface available on the board. The terminal available in all MikroElektronika compilers, or any other terminal application of your choice, can be used to read the message.

Barometer 7 Click

0

Barometer 7 Click is a compact add-on board used to measure air pressure in a specific environment. This board features the KP264XTMA1, a high-accuracy digital barometric air pressure sensor based on a capacitive principle from Infineon Technologies. The KP264XTMA1 is surface micromachined with a monolithic integrated signal conditioning circuit implemented in BiCMOS technology that converts pressure into a 10-bit digital value and sends the information via the SPI interface. It measures pressure from 40kPa up to 115kPa with an accuracy of ±1.5kPa over a wide operating temperature range.

GNSS MAX 2 Click

0

GNSS MAX 2 Click is a compact add-on board designed for precise positioning in urban environments. This board features the MAX-F10S, a professional-grade L1/L5 dual-band GNSS receiver from u-blox. This receiver uses dual-band GNSS technology to provide meter-level accuracy, even in challenging urban areas, by mitigating multipath effects. It supports concurrent GPS, Galileo, and BeiDou constellation tracking, offering robust performance with integrated filters and a low-noise amplifier for protection against RF interference. GNSS MAX 2 Click is ideal for vehicle tracking, fleet management, and micromobility solutions, even with small antennas.
