When trying to read a TCN 75A tempertaure sensor, the result is 2 bytes in 2's complement format.
This example shows how to take the 2 bytes and translate to text values for an LCD Display or uart in
Mikrobasic. Max resolution is 0.0625 degree defined by TCN75.
