I always wondered how the LED message boards work, internet was full of projects, and hardware designs but nowhere I could find a complete step by step approach and how to program. so I decided to write a complete library, along with a book, containing in depth discussion, and stap by step code development for a simple 8x8 bicolor LED module. this library is meant for a hobbyist and students to learn and explore, as I myself am a hobbyist and not professional about electronics.
