FT81x is an embedded graphic controller with FTDI's EVE (Embedded Video Engine) tehnology. EVE's object oriented approach eliminates the traditional frame buffer memory as it renders an image on a line by line basis to 1/16th pixel resolution.

Main FT810 and FT811 characteristics:

   - QVGA and WQVGA resolution RFT display with parallel RGB interface, maximum 800x600           resolution
   - Dithering hardware provides 24bit (true color) support on an 18-bit interface,
   - FT810 with Integrated touch controller
   - Low-power - 24mA typical in active mode
   - Anti-aliasing support,
   - 1MB internal graphic memory,
   - 8kB display list memory (double buffered),
   - In-built widgets (analog clock, dial, gauge...),
   - In-built touch contoller with wupport for 4-wire resistive touch panels,
   - Integrated audio output plays tones and recorded audio,
   - Support audio playback for PCM, 4bit ADPCM and u-Law coding formats
   - PWM output form programmable display brightness and
   - Extended temperature range: -40°C to +85°C
   - SPI or I2C interface

FT811 also includes the following features:

  - FT811 with I2C capacitive touch interface
  -  Capacitive touch screen support with up to 5 touches and gesture detection
  -  Hardware engine to recognise touch tracks and track touch movement, which can provide             notification for up to 255 touch tags
  -  Enhanced sketch processing
  -  Programmable interrupt controller providing interrupts to host MPU/MCU
  -  Full functionality without the requirement of frame buffer RAM
  -  Advanced object oriented architecture, enabling use of low cost MPU/MCU as system host, using I2C             (clocking up to 3.4MHz) and SPI (up to 30MHz) interfaces
  -  Support for both Mutual and Projected Capacitive Touch display controller

New version (1.1.0.0):

- Added support for NXP Freescale (ARM)
- Fixed bug for ARM MCUs with core M0
- PIC32 library splited on MX and MZ family
- dsPIC library splited on EP/EV family and others

New version (1.2.0.0):

- Added support for MSP Tiva (ARM)

New version (1.2.0.1):

- Minor bug fixes
- Case sensitivity changes, needed for usage in RTOS

Rotary O click

5

Rotary O click carries a 15-pulse incremental rotary encoder with detents, surrounded by a ring of 16 LEDs. It’s a perfect solution for adding a precision input knob to your design. The encoder outputs A and B signals (out of phase to each other); the knob also acts as a push-button which sends an interrupt to the target board MCU.

Buck 18 Click

0

Buck 18 Click is a compact add-on board for step-down voltage conversion in power-sensitive applications. This board features the MAXM38643, an ultra-low-IQ nanoPower buck module from Analog Devices, providing highly efficient voltage regulation with minimal power consumption. The board supports input voltages from 1.8V to 5.5V, converting them to output voltages between 0.7V and 3.3V. Users can manually adjust the output voltage through an onboard TRIM trimmer or digitally via the AD5171 digital potentiometer controlled through an I2C interface.
