REED click is a simple board that carries a standard reed switch — a simple hermetically sealed switch that can be activated with a magnet or electromagnetic coil. A single pin (CS) connected to the MCU is outputting a 1 or 0 depending on the whether the switch is close or open. REED click is designed to use either a 3.3V or a 5V power supply.

IrDA 3 Click

0

IrDA 3 Click is an intelligent IR transceiver device that can both send and receive UART commands via the IR interface. IrDA 3 Click features both the IR transceiver and the encoder/decoder IC, used to convert the UART data and send or receive it in IrDA® compatible format. IrDA 3 Click also has an onboard clock generator for the fastest possible UART performance of 115,200 bps, so it does not need an additional clock signal to be generated by the MCU.

ADAC 3 Click

0

ADAC 3 Click is a compact add-on board representing the ADC/DAC combo solution. This board features the PCF8591, a low-power 8-bit CMOS data acquisition device with four analog inputs, one analog output, and a serial I2C interface from NXP Semiconductors. The PCF8591 includes analog input multiplexing, an on-chip track and hold function and 8-bit analog-to-digital conversion alongside an 8-bit digital-to-analog conversion. In addition, the user is given the option to select the PCF8591 reference voltage value, choosing between 2,048 and 4,096V.
