Library Description

The library performs the input state checking and the output state setting. For more details check documentation.

Key functions:

  • T_OPTO3_STATE opto3_getIN1( void ) - Function returns a state of the Input 1.
  • void opto3_setOUT2( T_OPTO3_SWITCH state ) - Function puts the Output 2 to the desired state.

Examples description

The application is composed of the three sections :

  • System Initialization - Initializes peripherals and pins.
  • Application Initialization - Initializes GPIO interface.
  • Application Task - (code snippet) - Switches ON or switches OFF the both outputs depending on the states of the inputs, respectively. Note : Input state is active low, and output state is active high.
void applicationTask()
{
    stateIN1 = opto3_getIN1();
    stateIN2 = opto3_getIN2();

    stateOUT1 = stateIN1 ^ 1;
    stateOUT2 = stateIN2 ^ 1;

    opto3_setOUT1( stateOUT1 );
    opto3_setOUT2( stateOUT2 );
}

Additional notes and informations

Depending on the development board you are using, you may need USB UART clickUSB UART 2 clickor RS232 click to connect to your PC, for development systems with no UART to USB interface available on the board. The terminal available in all MikroElektronika compilers, or any other terminal application of your choice, can be used to read the message.

TouchPad 2 Click

0

Touchpad 2 Click is a compact add-on board that easily integrates projected capacitive touch into their applications. This board features the IQS525, a projected capacitive touch and proximity trackpad/touchscreen controller from Azoteq. It features best in class sensitivity, signal-to-noise ratio, and automatic tuning of electrodes, in addition to the multi-touch and multi-hover feature. This Click board™ is characterized by embedded gesture engine recognition for simple gestures (tap, swipes, hold), as well as built-in noise detection and filtering. This Click board™ is suitable for human-machine interfaces, keypad or scrolling functions, single-finger gesture-based interfaces, and more.

Buck 19 Click

0

Buck 19 Click is a compact add-on board that steps down the voltage from its input (supply) to its output (load). This board features the STPD01, a programmable synchronous buck converter from STMicroelectronics, providing power supply in applications following USB power delivery specifications. The STPD01 provides the desired voltage levels required by USB power delivery systems (USB PD 3.0) via I2C serial interface up to 60W output power, more precisely voltages in the range of 3V to 20V with a step of 20mV minimum, and currents from 0.1A to 3A with a minimum in steps of 50mA. It also offers advanced protection features such as overvoltage, overcurrent, and overtemperature detections.
