Firstly I would to say thanks for a high tech tools that help any programmer to rapidly production, I've a lot of experience concerning the controlling ACIM Motors, I made a lot of projects in this topic with several PIC MCUs such as ( PIC18f4431, dsPIC30F6015, dsPIC33FJ128MC802,...etc ), As you know these MCUs have a special modules called a PC_PWM & Quadrature_Encoder Modules, these modules making the ease of controlling several types of motors,
As I think this manner is very important because it is the basics of the robotics, automation systems, and the process control, So it is Highly Appreciated from me and a lot of people work in this topic if you provide a series of library to controlling these kinds of motors, I thinks this libraries will be very useful.
Off course I know this topic is very sophisticated due to a lot of varieties of techniques like ( Raw PWM, SVM, Open Loop, Close Loop, Sensored, & Sensorless ), but if you taking it step by step starting with a Libraries driving the Hardware Modules, and then inherit these in the libraries of the techniques libraries, I'll very pleased if you appreciate in this manner.

Well I am very happy to see that I am not the only one asking mE to bring in MAC(mulltipy and accumalte) Hardware support and PID control library as these functions are absolutly necessary for people working with motor control ,
Sadly this never had any priority at mE .
I also have the opinion that it would be possible for mE to support the Motor control algorithms such as FOC ACIM ect from a library if mE can not support the alogrithms with a library at least they can give us the support in the Libraries needed such as MAC,PID and Q15 ADC and Q15 Libraries.
Dear mE as you can see here in libstock there are needs for these libraries which we are asking now for a long time
