Interesting project. Please provide more detail to the request and here are the few questions :
1) Sending voice via what? Pc? Another micro? If another micro is it via mic ( like a wireless mic solution ) or is it sending speech with preprepared wave file or mp3 file in a sd card?
2) what format are you looking at? Pcm? Mp3? Wave?
