Is there a Pascal example of the proper register setting for a 168 MHz closk of the MCU card with STM32F407VGT6. And how to setup tmer 2 to 5 for quadrature encoder readout for this device?

I am looking for some code to control a single pushbutton input that will control an output. Upon first press and release of the pushbutton the output turns on, upon second press and release the output turns off. This output will control a relay.
I am using PIC18F87K22 with EasyPIC Pro V7.

I am a mikroC for ARM user.
In occasion, if I used the intrinsic ADC code 'Get_Sample' in timer interrupt, it is got halted.
So I want to get the sample code which uses interrupt vector to get ADC sample.
Plz... help me.
